An experience that allows a team to work towards sustainable results and ongoing development. It is multi-faceted, going deeper than facilitation whilst recognising the power dynamics and personalities within the team.
The team coaching process helps teams align around a common purpose (the team’s strategic imperatives as derived from top-line organisational goals), establish inspiring spirit and vision, define clear roles, commit team accountability, make powerful choices and take affirmative action.
Our process involves inner and outer core assessments administered to the team. The guided actions and purposeful interactions during the coaching sessions ensure the team is a value-creating unit working with all stakeholders to achieve organisational goals.

Our 20 weeks, 1:1 Leadership Coaching Program is designed to support you shape your leadership footprint, leverage assessments to deepen self-awareness and Six (6) coaching sessions which include the assessment debrief.
